“GANAMAS Foundation” is the registered voluntary service organization working on the motto of ‘Not for Profit’. It has started its service journey in the year 2012 and successfully completed 6th year (2012-2018) and added several feathers into its Service Cap. Being a Parents Organization, It gives priority to work for the children with Intellectual and other associated Disabilities.
Having a child with special needs demands for safer and protective environment. Such situation affects the living style of
the family more so of mothers.
The parents having a son with special needs have derived inspiration and got motivated to develop a service forum with
the sole aim of serving several such children.
That is none other than the family of Smt. C Kalyani who conceptualized and legally framed this Society ‘GANAMAS’ in the year 2012 and actively working as a ‘Founder cum President cum CEO’.
The Children with Intellectual Disabilities will be empowered by providing need based Care, Training and Rehabilitation Services & Supports covering Medical, Social & Developmental models which will lead for their independent living with improved quality of life. It also supports the mission of Disability Free Society and Accessible Environments.
The Children with Intellectual Disabilities should live within the family and community like their normal counterparts with equality, dignity, and respect in an accessible, inclusive and empowered environment / community.
